Noise Pollution by Hotel in residential area

Dear Praja Team,  There are hotels which have come up in Basavanagudi - Police Station Road and EAT Street in Bangalore.   These hotels are creating lot of noise pollution to the residences and have encroached the entire footpath.  Let us know of any solutions to overcome this menace. Please let us know any suggestions to overcome this

Already a PIL is filed for the pedestrians problems on the footpaths in the bangalore city.
