Dear Sir/ Madam,

We have learned from the time we have come to our senses that Government is a huge organization with little ability to take immediate actions due to lack of time, budget and lack of quick communication.

Even the September 11 in US happened due to lack of quick communication and lack of time to scrutinize the security norms.

1. Here my concern is that people of the streets are not able to walk on the footpath that they have to share the road with the running vechiles on the street. One of the reasons for this trouble is that most footpaths are not facilitated to walk safely and other reason is that vendors have captured for thier business benefits.

For example street of CMH raod in Indiranagar leading towards ulsoor cannot be travelled without keeping your eyes on the back of your head.

2. Most of the times I see that pedestrian cannot cross the road without distrubing the fast follow of traffic rushing to respective agendas.

For exapmle in Koramangala Ring Road where Dell is located. Pedestrained are not given the opportunity for traffic to cross the road, if that has to be done then entire traffic jams to strech till Kormanagala lifestyle.

One solutions that I could think of is if we could provide headtop crossers. We build pedetrains crossing bridge at 200mts apart through out the ring road. Now the concern could be to get approval and to find budget for it. Why can't we ask the private companies to make a business out of this by building overhead bridge for cross. Here each pedestrain pays Rs.1 for crossing the brdge which again revenue making to the company and to the government. In conclusion our pedestrain walkers won't trouble the traffic flow and they are safe to walk any time as long a they carry some change. When a payment for using the bridge is alotted then we wil not have any free riders who abuse the system and the infrastruce stays clean.

Please consider my suggestion.

Thank you
