Authorities whom it may concern

I live in Kadugodi-Whitefild Area Bangalore where it is order of the day for auto drivers to charge exhorbitant rates . In fact they charge anywhere between Rs.100 to 150 for travelling a distance of 2-3 kms. If one driver in a auto stand fixes the tarif  others follow, they operate as a group/gang. Will the authorities wake up and fix this problem ?
