Open Transport Data Manifesto

Last year a small group of people have been talking about transit data on the DataMeet Google Group, so we decided to form a working group on open transport data.  After some discussion on where to begin and what to do we decided that we would write an Open Transport Data Manifesto.

This is just a rough rough draft, and is on a hackpad that anyone can edit. It would be great to get this community to give their input and ideas.

If you are in Bangalore this Thursday we are having a Meetup at Paradigm Shift in Koramangala to share this document, the datasets the community has, and also to hear about the experience of the BBPV.

Please come, comment, and share your ideas and thoughts.
