Learn Kannada. One Word at a time.
padkali - 8 March, 2010 | Bangalore | kannada | Review | Others | Language and Culture | learning
Padakali (www.padakali.com and @padakali on twitter) is an attempt to teach Kannada one word at a time. It began as a daily discussion between two colleagues, one of whom, for all practical purposes, murdered Kannada every time he attempted to speak the language. The other tried his best to help him while struggling to keep his sanity. In due course of time they thought it was worthwhile to share the idea with the world.
Padakali will post one Kannada word everyday along with its meaning and popular usage. The idea is to teach people common words that they can put to use immediately in their day to day lives.
You can subcribe to padakali on email, rss or twitter and get your daily dose of Kannada learning. You can get in touch with them at contact@padakali.com for feedback, comments and suggestions.
