Namaste,

This blog is created requesting each one of my beloved brothers and sisters of great land to come forward, unitedly we think for creating a global model of excellence for a better future for our kith and kin.

How many of your kids and toddles suffering with unknown problems? Did we take this birth to start our life with trouble from day one? Are we not eligible for a peaceful life?

How many times we are bored of hearing false protest from our local leaders who really do not remember after the election why and what for they are elected? We used to nominate people based on what we see in media and what we read in paper. Some of us vote because we have to do something, some do it because they get money, some do it because the who family has a passion for that particular person.

Is that all? Did we achieve anything great? Am not asking you all to call for another election. Who know what the other fellow will do? We will try rectify the system. We need a stronger system.

How many of us feel proud when we get a joining offer from one of the top 100 companies? At the time of getting an offer do you know what are you going to do there? No, no one knows until he steps in. Is he going to invent something new or copy paste the existing data into different modules, etc.

What makes one feel good at the work place apart from Salary? It is the work culture that is establised. The Process defined and followed by us without questioning why and what for. It gives the best result so we follow it.

Should we not geta well structured, disciplined Process from the government for a happy living?

Once we come out of the office is it our ill-fate to undergo a troubled life style.

If we all remember when we go to school during Indepence day and Republic Day we used to utter a set of lines " All Indians are my brothers and Sisters..." there are few more lines to it. But never we remember those lines after that. Once we are grown up we have become selfish.

Did anyone try to think for an hour where the world is going? Why do we need to pay so much of money to get a good education for our kith and kins? The great National leaders studied in which modern schools?

We have learnt to justify what we are doing? We never questioned oursleves why we have to do? For what we have to do?. I have money so i do what i want. I do not have to think if like me every other person does then what will happen to my society. Is there any governence which takes care of all these?

So where is the political leader we have elected is hiding? Was he a visionary? Was he aware of all the consequences that money can cultivate in this society?

Now we do not know what to do? where to go? You cannot expect Lord Rama, Krishna, Jesus, Allah or gurunanak to come for your rescue. Why do they need to come forward for all the sufferings we have created?

Now let us come to the main point of our discussion...............

Every time you come out of your house we encounter harrowing experiences.

We are unable to travel peacefully with a optimum travel expenses. The time you come close to an autowala he smells the amount of money in your pocket(very strange skill to acquire) he utters the amount whatever his wife has asked couple of minutes back. You take a bus each one with different tariffs, but all take same route to travel from source to destination stopping at all the places.

We have been hearing that transport ministry is taking steps to give a peaceful ride to the customers. But we everyone has to think are we caring a bit for it.

Are we not selfish by which we are causing damage to the society and environment?

As we are all educated capable thinking more than once before we take a chance "why not we all unite for a good cause"?. who is going to educate the autowala what you are doing is wrong?

It is extremely pathetic to understand that there is no governence for the menace created by the traffic rules and regulations.

Whereever there is 10feet lane you see all the vehicles using it as a shortcut? Do we think is it out intelligence? No, it is our selfish, ignorance, whatever one may call himself.

We need to say and form multiples groups(volunters) in different areas set the rules with the help of traffic police.

My suggestion is

1. As the metro is gearing up for completion in many areas, it should be utilized. Only buses and pick drop vechiles should be on the main road.

2. Only buses will connect all the main routes. Company pick up and drop vehicles are allowed only for company activities.

3. No govt buses separately for company pick up and drop. Once we are out of the company we are common man. Every one should emjoy the same rights and freedom.

4. We should encourage share autos and local autowalas to provide continous service on all the sub roads where the bus cannot travel properly. Each street should have the auto facility.

5. The tariff should be fixed based on the distance. The amount earned should be collected in a central bank.

6. The functioning of the Autos should be governed by a govt body. It should be seen that the Autowalas gets a proper pay structure to support his family.

7. Rules and Regulations relating to traffic regulations should be appropriately updated to provide a peaceful and integrated traffic management system.

8. Replacement of old vehicles, maintenance expenses should be provided by the transport function.

9. After 10 p.m till 6p.m all the transfer will charge and additional amount which shall be decided by the governing body.

Keeping the metro train and bus route as the main route carriers all other vehicles should be the support for quick and comfortable commutation.

Adv:

1. This will reduce the maximum use of Two wheelers and provide higher commutation capability.

2. No own vehicles on road.

3. Redefining the employement process. This would create lot of opportunities for employement.

4. Drastic reduce in pollution level within 5 days of implementation.

5. 24/7 commutation facilty apart from train services.

6. Individual expenses on fuel consumption will be down.

7. Transport authorities can increase more number of services.

If Bangalore forms the role model then we can establish the same with every city.

I am having still more points and ideas to discuss. But i shall continue based on the response and reaction of the people.
