Sanjeev - 6 February, 2017 | Bangalore | Analysis | Commuter rail | Suburban Rail

In the budget 2017-18,  Bangalore Suburban Rail did not get any funds to kick start.

Why CM of Karnataka is keeping quite on these type of developments

Will MPs from City nd CM put pressure on Railway Minister for snctioning of funds

Its either or all the below:

  • Cabinet ministers words are useless
  • State govt is not interested..
  • RM not interested
  • PM/PMO  not interested as its not strategic spend this year
  • Railways is not interested as its more work to run CRS
  • Public still not aware of commuter rail as much as needed..voice needs to be louder
  • BMRCL/metro does not want it as they run their trains next to SWR rails
  • BMTC too does not want it

what ever it is..its the common public who are affected big time!
