Coordination

We all have seen the roads that are asphalted being dug up the next day by phone companies. Then there is this case of water supply folks cutting off telephone lines or vice-versa.

But this one really consummates the 'coordination' between different agencies. People who were planning Magadi Road underpass (I guess that would be BDA) did not know that the underpass would interfere with Metro Rail. WTF? Isnt there one man or department that approves all the major plans? I understand you dig up my 7th cross 8th main street in the 3rd stage right after its asphalted but you plan such a way that an underpass and a train line interfere? Its not a lack of farsight. Its absence of any sight altogether. Someone did not do his job right in BDA and wasted crores of money and caused public some more months of chaos.

(For the records, the underpass is to be ready by December)

Thanks you very much BDA!
