Any updates on the Mathikere fly-over. Its more than a couple of years since construction started. When can we fly over it?

We had passed by the flyover about 15 days ago & observed that the flyover structure was nearly completed. However, finishing works such as tarring, railings /concrete sides, approach paths, etc. were yet to begin.
