They have extended the date for regsitration and simplified the procedure.
1. You do not need to get the degree certificate and address proof attested. Just self attest them
2. Fill the form 18, and attach self attested copies of degree certificate/final marks sheet and address proof. You need two sets of these. There are voter drives happening in many locations/companies etc. where you can go and submit the forms.

@ SB - As of now, registration is closed. Ashwin has a PIL in court regarding the registration process. What happens after that verdict, I do not know. Maybe there is a chance of registration reopening?
ON the results itself, looks like we have 17 registered or having submitted form, 17 not regsitered without any intention to and one statement of intent. Considering the audience at Praja, quite disappointing.
I was involved in a registration drive at offfice. We got 194 forms, out of some 2000 employees.
