Commuter Rail Meeting at Tumkur on 5th of Aug'2012

Please Note - This meeting has been postponed till further announcement due to the unavailability of the MP Basavaraj tomorrow, he apparently has to go to Delhi. Inconvienience caused is regretted. WiIl keep you all informed as we hear about the next date for this event.

Commuter Rail Dicussion is planned at Tumkur to involve people who travell daily to Bangalore and other traget groups like students, industrial workers, villagers arround Tumkur.

Venu : Tumkur Zilla Panchyat Sabhangana ,  B H Road,  Tumkur City

Time: 10:30  to 12:00

Tumkur MP G S Basavaraj & others will  be taking part.

People who are travelling daily to Bangalore for office,  Students,  Industrial workers expected to participate in the dicussion.

Prajagale, please join us in this campaign and let us make CRS real this time.

Need volunteers and help!

Organizing events at far off places is not easy. Praja team definitely need lots of help to make this event successful. We need more numbers from PRAJA.

Help is needed in following areas:

  1. Playing hosts at the event
  2. Assisting the local connects in logistics for the event at Tumkur
  3. Manning Registration/Welcome tables
  4. Receiving all the guest speakers and politicians
  5. In-charge of Publicity Material and its distribution
  6. Volunteers for Video recording and Photographs
  7. Coordinator for Snacks/coffee/Tea arrangements
  8. Liaisons for Press/Media
  9. Coordinator for Pre-event logistics
  10. Co-ordinator for invitations, publicity

Please help us. Please help with any one of the above tasks.

I am sure we can dedicate ONE SUNDAY for Namma Bengaluru, Namma Makkalu.
