Create a short ppt to describe the idea of index, circulated to a few project members for review.
Will post the ppt after I hear back from them.

Have uploaded a presentation. It can be used as a short introduction to Bangalore Water Index.
Need to create a long version of this ppt now. But for that, will need a firt cut of list of 20-30 data points that the project will collect, also a first cut list of list of sources for these data points.
