Digging of roads and improper patch up

The roads in Whitefield-ITPL area were in reasonably good condition after the last asphalting and periodic maintenance works. However the good conditioned roads were spoiled by the pits digged (and left without properly filling/repairing) for laying pipe conduits (for fiber cable ?) underground.

These pits are dug at periodic distances (some times 100 meters apart) to pull conduits between them. It's good that the entire road is not cut for laying these cables.

However after the cables are laid, the pits are NOT properly covered or patched up to the restore the road to its orinal condition/shape.  This makes almost half of the double lane road useless for motoring as these pits are deep and cannot be drive through.

There are many such pits on the ITPL-Hopefarm circle road and now the digging for cable laying is on the whitefield road (infront of Reliancefresh ). These pits could cause accidents when the roads are filled with rain water, especially to 2 wheeler riders.

Will responsible authorities make sure that the pits digged for cable/pipe laying are covered up properly and the roads are restored to usable conditions?

BBMP is paid for it..

Every digging/road cutting is done by depositing money with BBMP/authorities. This money is supposed to take care of refilling and maintenance.

Dunno where the money goes..all the bbmp/authorities do is wait for a long time and around elections, which has the highest impact, they go about asphalting.. smart people working on 'memory is short lived' thought!
