As we have seen there seems to be some activity around building light rail as a feeder to metro(Bannerghatta rd - Hebbal). For some historic reasons The Bangalore Airport Rail Link (BARL) Ltd is actually working on the DPR for it.

The government's decision to allow market rates for bulk users of diesel will result in a 15% increase in costs for commercial entities such as IT parks, malls, hotels and large office buildings. When I called the building plumber to replace the heating plate of my Water Heater, I was surprised to see that the MRP sticker was removed and the price he had paid seemed to be high (Rs 950/-).  Being wary of it, I asked him to come next day, while I would source the plate myself.

Veeranna Palya Junction jams at the foot of Outer Ring Road flyover

The Veeranna Palya flyover is now functioning for few months now. But for the commuters going towards Hebbal, getting on to the flyover during morning office hours, remains a challenge. The office goers to Manyata Tech Park, coming from Hennur junction are not allowed to get on the service road t the right hand side.
