The City rulers , over the years , have proved grossly inefficient, by not taking steps to complete the Ring Road which would have absorbed the increase in traffic , especially of trucks and lorries. Let us not do another mistake by hurriedly deciding to cho off all trees.This has never solved problem any where so far. |
