The 23-kilometer (14.3-mile) corridor is the first BRT in China that integrates bicycles in its design. According to Karl Fjellstrom, vice-director at ITDP, there are 5,000 bikes and 5,500 parking docks included in the BRT.

Kaggadasapura is a negelected locality, as i feel it. There has been lots of people moving into Kaggadasapura over the last 5 years. Thanks to its proximity to Tech Parks, Old Airport, Indira Nagar etc., It is real saddening to say that infrastructure in this area is not grown propotionally. My concerns of this area are Narrow MAIN Road |

Five persons of a family were killed in a head on collision between their SUV and a KSRTC Rajahamsa bus near Kammadatti on the Bangalore-Chennai National Highway in the wee hours of Saturday. An eyewitness, said that construction was underway on the road as part of the four-laning of the National Highway. Traffic was allowed on only one road as the other road was being tarred. |

eCity-Phase 2 new Footpath : Visual Report Bheema.Upadhyaya - 26-MAR-2011
Few days back new footpath work completed in eCity Phase-2. From XIME to TataBP Solar strech. Here is the photo report. I have no comments posted on this intentionally. Last few pics show how a footpath space is used for "beautification" by a private company. So no footpath laid there :(
