Given that we are almost on a daily basis protesting against one or other grovernment agency, I am coming to the realization that it perhaps isnt the best use of time. For one it is very difficult to get hold of people at short notice and more importantly is a source of constant friction.

I happened to travel via shivajinagar instead of taking the bus to KBS to reach domlur from sanjay nagar. I reached indian express hoping to get 331-A. It did come but it was already full and around 10 more people got in to the bus. The bus was literally full with just about people managing to find place to stand.

A statutory nodal agency for identification, protection, and conservation of Heritage in the Bengaluru Metropolitan Region shall be established. The agency shall have appropriate funding from from the government for its function, as well as autonomy in developing policies and practices.

Another goof up by the BBMP is the placing of sped breakers which are erratic and they come in all sizes and shapes causing misery to a driver and has been the cause of many accidents..

But there is some hope for the citizens of Bengaluru...

I have suggestion:

1. Can we meet one of the executives in BBMP and request them to look into the issue of street lights in Bangalore.

BIAL - One year in operations

On May 22, BIAL completed first year of its operation. Major news papers have reported on BIAL's 1st anniversary. Going by these news reports, so far BIAL's performance isa mix bag of both positives and negatives. The silver lining is the operators have shown willingness to work with their customers including Industries & commerce.
