How about reviving our monthly face-to-face meetup, 2nd Saturdays, early AM as usual?

Since many of you prefer a city central location (v/s Lalbagh), let us plan on using the reception area (can easily sit 12) in my office on Cunningham Road. Cubbon Park didn't work too well when we met in Feb.

Purport: About 100 Big10s are not being used by commuters and the negligent occupancy ratio is contributing to further losses to BMTC - not recognised or popular even after 50 days of intro.

I am told that developed countries do not have this system of spot fines. We do - and I guess that low levels of automation would be one reason we have this in place - sub-inspector or above can issue challans and levy spot fines.

Here is a survey of the pavement of Brigade Road between Residency Road and the old Ashoknagar Police station.  This is along the left of the road as the traffic moves.
