My wife received a challan by post a few days back for "holding/ using a mobile phone while driving" asking to pay up Rs 100/- fine as per Sec 230(A) KMV rules R/W 177 IMV. The incident was supposed to have happened at 9.40 hrs on Monday, 19th Jan, at Rajajinagara Entrance Circle. |

Last evening a convoy driving into the city had traffic stopped in both directions for at least 15 minutes on Mysore Road. I was waiting near the end of the flyover, headed out of the city and was wondering what in the world was the reason, until I saw some 5 vehicles of a convoy zoom into the city on the other side of the road. |

Its slowly taking over all roads in Bangalore and this needs to be stopped immediately. In the name of BTRAC they are laying these road dividers which I am sure in not in any of the road design books. |
