Trucks, buses and autos without tail lights

A simple tail light can save thousands of mishaps that occur on highways and even on city roads. Yet, most of the transport oriented vehicles including BBMP buses, trucks and autos have no tail lights. It's a horrid sore scene to see the lack of tail lights on almost all of these vehicles. They are a hazard mostly on high speed zones - such as ORR and highways. Obviously 'high speed' is a relative term used in comparison with city roads.

When I was young and growing up in Bangalore tree growing was done with great enthusiasm..there used to be adds on radio singing..'gida nedi' and then there were drives where forest dept gave free trees for all..and that is the reason I believe that we have so many trees here..'Honge' was and is my fav! At a point even Delhi tried to emulate us for improving their green cover!

Builders dumping construction materials in the roas

In R.T. Nagar, near CBI road, 3-4 constructions happening in 2 streets. All the builders dump the construction materials like bricks, sand, stones on the streets. This occupies half the narrow street. Is it allowed? Do they have to pay any fee to the corporation for using the streets? They also dig up the streets to get connection and close them with just dirt. To whom, we can report this?

They are the ones who wield all the influence over the ministers, educate and guide or misguide the Mantris. Babus clearly hold the keys of the kingdom. If we are to bring about a sea change in their attitudes, outlook, and competency, may be we could think of interacting with our prestigious IIMs who can design a special course for our Babus.
