Dear Friends,

Bangalore - Mysore Track Doubling & Electrification - when?

eralilebby - 3-OCT-2012

I regularly commute between Mysore and Bangalore both by Road and Rail. While it takes roughly between 3 to 4 hours by road depending upon the time and traffic, train takes between 2 to 3 hours even with the tracks being only partially doubled. So the need of the hour is to fast track the doubling and electrification of this section to bring down the travel time between 1&1/2 to 2 hours.
