Good News!!!   The Foundation Stone laying function of the railway underpass on whitefield road (near hondacity showroom) was held on 12-7-2012.  Shri. Nandish Reddy, MLA, K.R.Puram performed the pooja for the underpass.

We had waited enough for the Railways and BBMP to bridge the gap between Whitefield Road and Old Madras Road and ease the life of thousands of  techies, school children, students, women  and people in general who have to shuttle between these roads everyday to meet their needs.

This is a hot topic now, as drivers all over Bangalore are peeling off the cooling films from their cars.  of course, this is happening all over India as well, following the recent Supreme Court ruling. I went ahead and read through the ruling to understand the logic behind the decision taken.  It is a 15 page ruling, and in my opinion, a very poor piece of work.
