Hi, I am a resident/owner of flat in Pariwar Presidency Apartment in Anugrah Layout, Bilekahalli, Bangalore. We have started the process for Association registration under Karnataka Apartment Ownership Act (KAOA) based on useful infromation available in this website. Here are few hurdles that we are facing. |

Is there any expert consultancy available in Bangalore to gude New RWAs formation and Registration. I Request the Active Members and present RWA activist to advice us on this. We are proposing to Register our Association and we are not getting any good consultant to help us in this regard. |

In what capacity should we approach the Builder for D O D ( Deed of Declaration ) . Can We approach them as a Individual Owners or as an Association ? Is it mandatory for the Builder to Register and issue the D O D ? Can the Builder Buy time or can he Register the D O D even if all the flats are unsold ? |
