Garbage dumping in S T Bed layout storm water drain

The storm water drain passing through the S T Bed layout (Koramangala) has been notorious for the stink it spreads all around, largely because it's not storm water that flows down it, but plain raw sewage.

The projects to clean up storm water valleys had been taken up under Environment Action Plan (EAP) Part A in 2004, but it was taken up again in 2010 as there was no progress.

There is a grim shortage of funds in BBMP and government of Karnataka coffers. Tarring of road in front of my house was conveniently left out sighting empty BBMP coffers.
