Dear Prajayists, I wonder what happened to the Peripheral Ring Road Phase-1 in Bangalore connecting Hosur Road-Old Madras Road-Bellary Road-Tumkur Road. In the month of June 2008 the Govt had sanctioned an amount of Rs. 3000 crores for laying of this road by BDA. There is one thing common in all their plans - Public Transport to be the lead entity to de-congestion.
