Winter Olympics host, Vancouver, ranked world's most liveable city

With Mumbai (117th) and New Delhi (113th) scoring 56.5% and 58.6% respectively, I wouldnt be surprised Bangalore ranked somewhere near there with a score between 50 & 60. A score between 50 & 60 implies "Liveability is substantially constrained" Contrast with Vancouver which scores 98, almost perfect, heh?
