Plight of the daily train commuters in Bangarpet - Bangalore route

As a daily commuter from Whitefield to Bangalore City, I must say that the Passenger trains are a blessing to save precious time spent on jammed roads. What would take no less than 2 hours by road takes half that time by train. However, limited options and un-reliable timings remain a cause for concern. Passenger trains mostly arrive on time until Whitefield railway station. Beyond Whitefield, there is no assurance on the timings. Most of the days the passenger trains are stopped in the middle of nowhere due to crossing / signal issues. It so happens that 2 trains are stopped at KR Puram at the same time and passengers try to jump from the later train to the earlier one. Recently, to avoid accidents due to crossing tracks at KR Puram, the Railway authority has installed barricades between two tracks where these passenger trains are usually stopped. This has not deterred the commuter eager to get to work on time. However the women folk have to settle with the fact that high barricades are inconvenient to jump over. If one has to use the stairs, during the rush hours, the staircase is choked with people and it is not easy to cross over in time to get to the other side before the train departs.

Can the Railway authority ensure to Help the eager commuter get to work on time and safely?

1. Ensure that the passenger trains carrying daily commuters from outskirts to work in the city keep up the timing and are not made waiting unduly for other delayed trains?

2.Ensure that two passenger trains from the same route are not stopped at K R puram at the same time? There is always some place before K R Puram station or before Byappanahalli station to wait rather than at the station causing chaos.
