Expired or Suspended public transport related domains

If you drill down to any bmrcl links like say the Metro Map, Tender or News you get a message
"Account for domain www.bmrc.co.in has been suspended" Links tried
http://www.bmrc.co.in/pdf/IISc-Report.pdf (inside News)
http://www.bmrc.co.in/map.html (Metro Map)
http://www.bmrc.co.in/gallery.php (Gallery)

If you try BTRAC (btrac.in) we get "This domain name expired on 2009-03-01. Click here to renew it."
Would any official look up and renew these domains ?
Cheers

Traffic police website itself has, at least till recently, been providing regular updates on Btrac project. Then, there is KRDCL site for details of btrac tenders. Don't really need btrac site to keep in touch with the project.

No such problem...

I tried these BMRC links just a minute back. All of them seem to be working just fine!!

The problem may be there with the BTRAC domain. I guess the site was never setup, even though the domain was registered. This is what I cound understand from Google's cache of btrac.in . you can access the cache here
