How about reviving our monthly face-to-face meetup, 2nd Saturdays, early AM as usual?

Since many of you prefer a city central location (v/s Lalbagh), let us plan on using the reception area (can easily sit 12) in my office on Cunningham Road. Cubbon Park didn't work too well when we met in Feb.

Pedestrian amenities and safety - Bangalore, Swabhimana

Project to improve awareness on pedestrian amenities and safety and get local civic. Goal is to work with BBMP etc to drive on-ground improvements.

Skype Meeting - Launch BWSSB/Lakes tracking project

On RTI: First we will try to get information from the BMTC directly. BMTC has been contacted regarding the same and they will get back to us with right officials we need to contact.

Street event - Commercial St. Analysis

The idea of the meeting is to acquaint ourselves with the geography of commercial street, get a clear picture of what is possible and create a plan.

Lets do it early morning so that it is not crowded and we dont have to worry about the traffic and the noise.

Meeting with Commercial Street (CSt) Merchants Association

The meeting with Mr. Shyam Melwani and Mr. Nazim Sait the President and Vice presidents of the association respectively, took place at their board room situated at the Dispensary Road.

Praja meet to plan pedestrianization project

Let us make use of election day holiday to plan next steps on pedestrianization project. Refer back to recent discussions on pedestrianization possibilities for Commercial Street and Brigade Road stretch. Looks like there is enough interest and enough legs available to take this forward from mere discussion.

Dear Murali and friends,

My sincere regrets for postponing the meeting. I apologize for the inconvenience caused. The law and order situation at Mysore on that day kept me busy. Coming Saturday (11th) is the day for scrutiny of the nominations. Hence we can have the meeting tentatively on 18th (Saturday), and if we miss that, then it is only after the elections.
