Recycling of old stories - BMTC's way of remaining in the news

murali772 - 13-NOV-2009

Here's a peace of information for commuters who are used to that `blind wait' - without a clue on the arrival or departure schedule - for BMTC buses. Petition to CM to end BMTC/KSRTC monopoly

murali772 - 24-APR-2009

The bus is now beginning to re-establish its position as the primary mode for public transport. And, of course, the importance of public transport is a now a no-brainer. Profit for KSRTC at whose cost?

murali772 - 19-NOV-2008

The primary objective of public transport corporations is to serve the public. However, this does not seem to hold good on many occasions, like on Monday, when BMTC and KSRTC gave a large number of buses in their fleet on casual contract for the JD(S) convention, causing an acute shortage of buses on road and putting the public to hardships.
