I was travelling by a bmtc bus today morning, and was witness to some harassment & corruption! I got onto a 304 from KRPuram, to go towards Hoodi around 7.30AM. The bus number was KA01 FA 831. Half way through, ticket checkers got into the bus. |

Is Namma Metro UG-1 between Swastik to K.R.Road getting delayed? I tend to feel so as BMRCL is yet to award contract (in bmrc.co.in no info is given). Do note Ug-1 is crucial to Reach 4 as reach 4 lacks depot as well as full completion of Phase-1.... Eager to know about when UG-1 tender is getting awarded and work starting on it... |

Leave aside cutting down five hundred trees for a moment. Lets get into engineering and traffic planning specifics. What BBMP is trying to do is widen this of stretch Bellary Road. There is some justification, stretch from Mekhari circle to Windsor Manor is a bit narrow to manage four lanes of traffic. The Cauvery junction Magic Box is tight on space. |
