An Interim solution to faster access to the BIAL Airport from City/Mekhri Circle

This is my suggestion w.r.t to faster access to the BIAL from the Bangalore City. The suggestion is as follows : 1) Once every 2 hours , block the entire stretch of road from Mekhri Circle to BIAL ( on NH7 ).

Guys, I am starting a new thread for discussion on "Roads to BIAL". Objective is to, let's share the ideas of alternate roads/gullys that can be used for commute to the New Airport in Devanahalli. Also let's draw a comparison between commute times to HAL as well as BIAL. Let's pick various points in B'lore for the study. Here is my first list:

The Bengaluru International Airport (BIA) has hit a major air pocket. The inauguration of the new airport — scheduled for March 30 — will be delayed by 2-4 weeks as per recommendations of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA).
