 Yesterday I had a very bad day. Myself and my aged grand mother aged 81 were only at home. My Grand mother suddenly developed continous  convolutions / fits which didn't stop at all even after giving iron to her hand and she had totally became unconcious. No one was there nearby my home whom I knew as it was afternoon and everyone had left to the office.

I have lived all these years every diwali enjoying crakers and festive mood with sweets during diwali.

for the past 4 years after reading a lot about global warming , i had decided we should not burst crakers.

The process of approaching a consumer forum/court to get your grievances whether in terms of wrong billing by utility companies, deficiency in service provided vis-a-vis  against the charged fees etc., involves mainly 5 steps:

At least that’s the message from rural development and panchayat raj minister Jagadish Shettar, who is pushing hard to make it mandatory for a candidate to have a toilet in his/her house.
