Namma Railu - GOK cabinet approves 345 Crs as part of the MoU

Yesterday Feb 14, 2017, Karnataka state cabinet approved the 345 Crs funds per the MoU that they had inked with railways last month.

To begin with the MoU has 2 projects on suburban rail:

Even after 5 years into Namma Railu advocacy, things have not started to work out the way we all have wanted to be. The project is still in corridors of state government and Railway Ministry. With budget around the corner, let us remind our public representatives that they have forgotten about this project.
