800 - 900 LD of water pupmed to Bangalore from Caveri river and transported over 100 Kms along with other water sources of 250 MLD apart from the borewell run with tankers. A city with a population of over a crore needs a transport system round the clock. Unfortunately, this legitimate demand of citizens seems to have fallen on deaf ears. Please have a look at the above picture. The house is situataed in ward number 193. There is no water connection provided by BWSSB in the area. Hence BWSSB calims this is out of their jurisdiction.
