Tumkur MP demanding hourly train to Bangalore!

In a memorandum to Union Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee, Mr. Basavaraj demanded that  .... He sought allocation of more funds to take up electrification of a track between Yeshwanthapur and Tumkur. ... In the memorandum, he sought trains between Tumkur and Bangalore city every hour and between Tiptur and Tumkur.

Any idea on what can be done so that the trains departing from and arriving Bangalore stop at Channasandra station? This station is very convinient for people staying in areas like whitefield, marathahalli, brookefield, kasturi nagar, pai layout, banasawadi, etc.

Here is a suggestion to solve Bangalore's traffic problems, also crop up a series of improvements. Railways as mass rapid transport system can play a very big role in solving this problem. Bangalore has railway lines in almost all the directions. It is feasible to ply local trains on these lines.

Memo to Minister of State for railways

Sanjeev, Ritesh & myself went to the office of the Minister of State for Railways, Shri KH Muniyappa and submitted a memorandum to the Officer on Special Duty there. Have scheduled a meeting with the minister on 27th of the month after he is free from campaigning for the local elections that are on. See acknowledged memorandum below.
